Q: Where do I send the photos to be printed?
Ans: After finishing your purchase, send images to info@YashGifts.com. You can also add text if you want.
If you want us to add text than do let us know of any special preference of fonts.
Q: How many photos/images can be printed on the mug?
Ans: Any number of images can be printed. If you want big images 2 should be ideal on a mug. Otherwise we can make a collage of images and print on mugs. However, we suggest that you should not go for more than 16 photos in any case, else photos will be too small.
The printable area on mugs is 8 inches width by 3.5 inches height
Q: I don't have a soft copy of the photo to be printed. What should I do?
Ans: You can scan the image and send us. A high resolution image is required. Better the image, better will be the results.
Q: What do you mean by good/high resolution image?
Ans: To get best results your image resolution should be more than 100dpi. A photo taken by a 2 Mega Pixel or higher Mega Pixel camera should do. Send original image without resizing. If any editing is required we'll do it.
Q: Do I get to see the final design before you print?
Ans: Yes, we make it a point to send a soft copy of the design for approval before printing. You can let us know if any changes are required at that time.
Q: How many days do you need for shipping?
Ans: Items will be shipped the same day, if you approve the design before 12 pm. If you don't want anything other than the photo, specify that so that we can print directly and send asap.
