Q:      Where do I send the photos to be printed?
Ans:  After finishing your purchase, send images to info@YashGifts.com.

Q:      How many photos/images can be printed on the crystal key chain?
Ans:  Ideally 1, we recommend the face only.

 
Q:      I don't have a soft copy of the photo to be printed. What should I do?
Ans:  You can scan the image and send us or send a hard copy. A high resolution image is required. Better the image better will be the results.

Q:      What do you mean by good/high resolution image?
Ans:  To get best results your image resolution should be more than 100dpi. A photo taken by a 2 Mega Pixel or higher Mega Pixel camera should do. Send original image without resizing. If any editing is required we'll do it.

 
Q:      How many days do you need for shipping?
Ans:  Items will be shipped within 3-4 days
